I recently purchased three cowboy hats—one black, one beige, and one brown. Unfortunately, upon receiving the order, the black hat arrived slightly bent, although I was able to reshape it.
However, I’m quite disappointed with the beige hat and the overall quality of these hats. After wearing it for just one evening, it has already lost its shape and gone completely flat. I take very good care of these hats and store them upright, so I was not expecting this to happen, especially after such minimal use.
Given the amount I spent on this order, I’m a bit disappointed with the quality and durability. I absolutely love the hats, but I don’t feel they should be losing their shape after a single wear—or even when simply being stored. It seems I would need to reshape the hats after every use, which is a bit inconvenient.
