We offer free returns on all full priced items. Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to receive a full refund.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Before returning an item, we kindly ask that you contact us to help us provide the best possible assistance. 

When you receive your item(s), you will find a return card included, providing instructions for your return. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item(s) purchased outside of our online store.

Please note, sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.


Please email with your order number and photo(s) of your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.



We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 in Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on a flat rate.

Canada - Delivery in 3 to 10 Business Days via Canada Post for orders over $150
Canada - Delivery in 7 to 15 Business Days via Canada Post for orders under $150
US - Delivery in 7-22 Business Days via UPS
International - Delivery in 7 to 30 Business Days


You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

Shipping Times:

We primarily ship through UPS and /or Canada Post. Shipping times are an estimate only and are calculated from the time they leave our warehouse. Please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse. We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Any "PRE-ORDER" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times and these times are available in the item details of the "PRE-ORDER" products. Responsibility For Return Shipping

The cost of returning the item to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received by us safely.


If you would like to exchange an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you once we have received the returned item in its original condition.


If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow us up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
