RETURN POLICY

We offer free returns on all full priced items. Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to receive a full refund.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Before returning an item, we kindly ask that you contact us to help us provide the best possible assistance. 

When you receive your item(s), you will find a return card included, providing instructions for your return. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item(s) purchased outside of our online store.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

FAULTY / MISSING ITEM

Please contact us with your order number and photo(s) of your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on a flat rate.

We have the following shipping options available:

Canada - Delivery in 3 to 10 Business Days via Canada Post for orders over $100
Canada - Delivery in 7 to 15 Business Days via Canada Post for orders under $100
USA - Delivery in 7-22 Business Days via UPS
International - Delivery in 7 to 30 Business Days

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
