How do I start a return / exchange?
For all returns and/or exchanges, please reach out via the "contact us" page to initiate the refund/exchange process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not it has been approved or rejected for a refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 to 14 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.
We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer free returns.
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Please email email@example.com with your order number and photo of the item within 14 days of receiving it. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.
When will my order arrive?
We primarily ship through Canada Post. Shipping times are estimates only and calculated from the time they leave our warehouse. Please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse.
Any "pre-ordered" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times and these times are available in the item details of the "pre-ordered" products.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we ship worldwide!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all Canadian Domestic orders of $150 or more. A flat rate of $12 is charged on all domestic orders under $150.
How do I measure my size?
All of our products are unisex sizing and a sizing chart is included on all of our product pages. If you are still unsure, email firstname.lastname@example.org. They will help you find the perfect fit.
Where are your products made?
All our products are designed in Canada. They are made in Canada, the United States, and over seas.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer PayPal and Shop as express checkout options.
