Vintage Brown Premium Garment Wash Sweats

Their website let me place a order fill out my PO Box Rural address and pay for shipping when they ship UPS which doesn’t deliver to PO Box numbers or farms and when I didn’t receive the product I was told I had to wait for the product to be returned to the company (I’ve never saw the package as it’s with the courier) and I proved that with pictures and that I’d have to wait for the product to return to the company in order for them to refund me and that they would not be refunding shipping charges when their order system shouldnt have accepted the order showing a PO Box number and why should I pay shipping charges when I’d never of placed an order and paid for shipping if I knew the product doesn’t reach me. Their customer service is terrible.
