A Father & Daughter's Sense of Pride for New Brunswick

A Father & Daughter's Sense of Pride for New Brunswick

For Father's Day, we asked Country Liberty Ambassadors to share their stories. This is Grace's:

Grace was born in New Brunswick and moved to Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories when she was just one year old. At seven, her family moved back to New Brunswick and she's called it home ever since.

"When I think of home I think of how friendly everyone is. I think about how diverse our province is and how people have such a strong sense of pride and community. I’m so lucky to be living here! I want to live and work here and plant deep roots here."

This Father's Day, Grace is grateful for the appreciation her dad has given her for the place they call home.

"My Dad has taught me to love getting outside and exploring. Respecting nature but enjoying the adventure. I can remember hiking, fishing and canoeing as far back as the age of three. We camp all the time, I think we have actually camped at every National Park in the province. Dad loves Fundy but Kouchibouguac is my favourite!"

"Country Liberty reflects the values and pride I feel every day. It’s about the freedom to choose a new adventure to explore every day if I could."
